What’s not included
I keep the template's design, so these are outside the project:
Layout changes (small fixes only). For a new layout, a website package is the better fit.
Booking or newsletter tools (for example Calendly, Acuity, Mailchimp). I can add a booking button or link you already have.
Copywriting. Available as an add-on: home page CHF 300, other pages CHF 200 each. Otherwise, you can send me your own content and text.
Stock photos. Searching for stock photos is not included.

Talk. A free 20 minute call about your template and your goals. No template yet? I suggest 2 or 3 that fit your business and you choose.
Plan. We agree on your pages and what each one needs to do. If you'd like to continue, I send a quote and a contract; the project starts with a 50% deposit.
Design. I show you two style options (fonts, colors, buttons, and your logo or a simple wordmark) and you choose one. Then I style the pages and you give feedback.
Hand over. When everything is approved, you pay the balance and your site goes live. We do a handover call where I show you how to fix small things yourself.

Your template (or tell me and we choose it together)
Your brand: logo, fonts and colors if you have them. No brand yet? I create a simple wordmark and choose fonts and colors with you.
Your content: your finished text and photos, in a shared folder or Google Doc. After our first call, I send you a content checklist so you know exactly what to prepare.
Your access: your domain provider and, if you already own the site, an invitation as administrator. I send a short guide.
Your legal text for the Impressum and privacy pages (I can't give legal advice).
Rights: texts and photos you have the right to use.

That's a Website refresh: one 4 hour block, CHF 450.

I can add a button or a link to a tool you already use. Setting up the tool itself is not included in this offer, but it is available as an add-on (booking tools and newsletter setup).
