❃ Booking and newsletter tools

CHF 150 for one tool, CHF 300 for up to 5 services

Appointment calendars (like Acuity or Calendly) and newsletter tools (like Mailchimp) each need their own account, settings and a connection to your site.

    • One tool set up, connected to your site and styled to match your brand

    • Examples: booking with Acuity or Calendly, newsletter with Mailchimp

    • The CHF 300 option adds up to 5 different services (for example a 30 and a 60 minute session), extra questions people answer when they book, and automatic reminder emails before the appointment

    • The tool's own subscription is paid by you

    • You choose the tool

    • You decide services, prices and times

    • I set it up and connect it

    • You test one booking

    • The handover call shows you how to change it

❃ Extra languages

Weglot setup from from CHF 150, or separate pages from CHF 250

Reach your clients in their language. Italian or English, or German if you provide the final translated text.

  • With Weglot (you pay the Weglot subscription): a translation tool set up with a language switcher.

    • Pages checked in English or Italian

    • Setup: CHF 150 for a one-page, CHF 300 up to 5 pages, CHF 450 up to 8 pages

    • Each further language: about CHF 100 more

    • You can correct any translation yourself in Weglot, and I show you where

    With separate pages: a second version of each page with the finished translated text you send me. For English and Italian I check for typos only.

FAQs

    1. Talk. A free 20 minute call to see if we're a good fit. If you'd like to continue, I send a quote and a contract; the project starts with a 50% deposit.

    2. Plan. We look at your business and your clients' needs in the planning call, and decide what each page has to do.

    3. Design. You send your details. I show you two style options (fonts, colors and a wordmark if you need one) and you choose one, then I write the text and build the homepage, which you review through a preview link. Once you approve it, I design the rest.

    4. Hand over. When everything is approved, you pay the balance and your website goes live. I transfer it to your Squarespace account and we do a handover call where I show you how to fix small things yourself, like editing text or changing photos.

    Timing: about 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the project, counted from when I have your material. If content or feedback takes longer than 7 days, the project pauses and we agree new dates.

    • Your brand: logo, fonts and colors if you have them. No brand yet? I choose fonts and colors with you and create a simple word-based logo: 2 options, and a new set of 2 if you don't like them.

    • Your details: your services, prices, a short bio and testimonials. Already have text you like? I'll use it and polish it.

    • Your photos: 1 or 2 portraits (if you're the face of the business) and about 10 other images for a one-page, about 25 for five or eight pages. No photos yet? I'll suggest stock images that fit your brand.

    • Your access: your domain provider and your current website, if you have one. You only need your own Squarespace account at launch, when I transfer the site to you. No account yet? I guide you through creating it.

    • Your legal text for the Impressum and privacy pages (I can't give legal advice).

    • Rights: texts and photos you have the right to use.

  • No. You give me your details in the planning call and a short questionnaire, and I write the text. Already have text you like? I'll use it and polish it.
